Hyatt Regency Zurich Airport The Circle is the full-service hotel in the airport’s newest quarter: 255 rooms and suites at The Circle 41, five minutes on foot from the terminal through the covered passage, with the Babel Lebanese restaurant, Bar Iris, a 24-hour takeaway, the Regency Club on the 9th floor, an 8th-floor wellness centre with sauna and the Circle Convention Center next door. It opened in 2021 as the anchor of Riken Yamamoto’s Circle complex, with a park behind it and the runway in front.
Rooms
The 1 King Bed rooms are 22 to 24 sq m and the 2 Twin Beds rooms 24 sq m; the 1 King Bed Deluxe runs to 25 or 26 sq m and the 2 Twin Beds Park View Deluxe, facing the Circle park, to 26 sq m. The suites are the 40 sq m Regency Suite, the 43 sq m Regency Executive Suite, the 71 sq m Ambassador Suite and the 125 sq m Presidential Suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows with blackout blinds, an ergonomic desk chair, a walk-in rain shower, Chromecast on the TV, a wireless charger and individual climate control are standard, and Club rooms add the Regency Club.

Breakfast and dining
Babel is the hotel’s Lebanese restaurant with a terrace: breakfast from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on weekdays and 6:00 am to 11:00 am at weekends, lunch on weekdays from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, an afternoon menu from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm and dinner from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm with last orders at 10:00 pm.
Bar Iris looks out over The Circle and serves drinks from 5:00 pm to midnight and food to 10:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Zum Mitnäh, the takeaway counter at the main entrance, sells sandwiches, snacks and coffee 24 hours a day, which is what a 6:30 am departure needs. Room service runs from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, and the ten restaurants and cafés of The Circle are at the door.
Facilities and services
The Regency Club on the 9th floor is open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm for Club room guests, with breakfast (6:00 am to 10:00 am on weekdays, to 11:00 am at weekends), drinks through the day, cocktails from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and a private terrace over the park. The 8th-floor wellness centre has a gym, a sauna and a relaxation room.
The Circle Convention Center, run by the hotel, has 17 meeting rooms for events of up to 2,500 people. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm. Dogs are welcome: the first stays free under the Happy Dog package with amenities, a second dog is CHF 40 a night, up to 22 kg each. Parking is in the airport’s P4 beneath The Circle (about CHF 56 a day, EV charging), with valet on request.
Location and transport
The hotel is inside The Circle, five minutes on foot from the terminal through the covered passage that begins at the bus and tram station; follow the signs for The Circle and then Hyatt Regency from the main square. The airport railway station is on the way, with trains to Zürich Hauptbahnhof every 10 minutes from about 5:00 am to 1:00 am, and trams 10 and 12 and the regional buses stop in front of the complex (getting into Zurich guide).
